Once confirmed, we will hand deliver to you or arrange a pick up. Orders will be ready within 2 - 3 business days.

What payment methods do you accept?
For Online Orders
1. We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
2. You can also select cash/manual payments. Available to Customers in Saint Lucia and Canada only. Please provide your contact and pickup/delivery details. We will contact you to confirm the order before processing and delivery.
Cash/Manual Payments
Saint Lucia - Pay a Peer or e-transfers accepted. We will provide our mobile ID and account number. Cash is also accepted. Please have the full cash amount ready at delivery or pick up.
Canada - E-transfers accepted. Send full amount to kayelnaturals@gmail.com after you confirm and place your order so that we can begin processing. We will confirm once payment is received.
What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept any returns or exchanges.
However, if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please email us at kayelnaturals@gmail.com and include your name and order number. We will make every effort to resolve your issue. We are committed to your satisfaction!
Can I change or cancel an order?
We are unable to cancel or modify an order after it has been submitted since we aim to process all orders as soon as possible. For urgent requests please contact us as soon as possible at kayelnaturals@gmail.com. Cancellations cannot be made once the order has shipped. Refunds are applied to the original form of payment within 7 business days.
Where are Kayèl Naturals products manufactured?
Kayèl Naturals has dual headquarters in Toronto, Canada and Castries, Saint Lucia. Our products are manufactured in Canada and Saint Lucia.

We want to make it easier for you to get your favourite hair products so send us a note if you don't see your location and we'll make a special arrangement to get it to you, anywhere in the world.
All orders are processed within 3 - 5 business days from the order date.
Canada
Standard shipping rates: $10 or free on orders over $60 CAD.
You will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number once your order is prepared. We use Expedited Parcel via various carriers including Canada Post and delivery times are subject to postal carriers service standards.
